Statutory Reporting

All UK companies are required to file year end accounts. Preparing financial statements can be time consuming, complex and costly. At Pageline, our expert team will support you in all aspects of statutory reporting including preparation and filing of year end accounts timely, accurately and in compliance with complex legislation and accounting principles.

At Pageline we do not just want to tick a legislative box. We take pride in supporting business development and we will meet with you to discuss important key messages and financial indicators derived from your financial statements.

In March 2013, the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) published FRS 102, which replaced UK GAAP as a single accounting standard framework and FRS 105 for micro entities. All UK Limited companies not using IFRS must prepare their accounts in accordance with FRS 102 or FRS 105 for micro entities. Our experts will ensure your accounts are prepared in accordance with FRS 102 or 105 as well as any other legislation applicable such as the companies act.

We also have an expert team with knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and can assist you with any queries you have with existing and new accounting standards.
